Our client is a consultancy with two areas of focus: Communications strategy for companies involved in the renewables, energy, and sustainability sectors; and corporate ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) advice across all industries.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Our client is looking for a suitably qualified and experienced ESG Consultant with most or all of the following skills and attributes.



? 3-5 years' experience in sustainability at a consultancy, or corporate CSR department, with a focus on corporate ESG strategy and reporting
? Experience in leading corporate sustainability reporting projects, with the ability to confidently advise management teams on a range of frameworks and approaches.
? You have worked with corporates at various stages of their ESG journey, including "blank sheet of paper"
? You are as excited by working on a geeky but impactful projects as you are on big household brand.
? Strong understanding of a range of frameworks, including: GRI, SASB, Integrated Reporting, TCFD, SDGs - with experience in helping clients implement a majority of these.
? Strong understanding of a range of data and ratings providers, including: CDP, MSCI, Sustainalytics, DJSI, FTSE Russell.
? Natural aptitude for coaching and giving advice.
