SRGEurope have been appointed to recruit an experienced German Affiliate Manager.

In this senior role based in our client's fantastic offices in the centre of Gibraltar, you will be overseeing the growth and management of affiliates across their media channels.

You will also be responsible for creating best in class marketing campaigns, negotiating exposures across affiliate sites, in addition to optimising deals to ensure maximum returns.

Our clients are a household name within the Online Gaming and Sports Betting sector, and are expanding their brand across rapidly.

A background in a German Affiliate Manager position within Online Gaming, Sports or similar, is essential for you to succeed in this role.

What you will be doing:

• 
  Leading and managing the affiliate program and platform, and recruiting and activating new affiliates into the program
  


• 
  Taking ownership of the strategies and creating incentive programs, to maximise and increase the quality and yield from the existing network of affiliates
  


• 
  Managing and developing a team of Affiliate Account Managers, and planning and implementing new affiliate marketing strategies and innovative promotions for the German Casino and Sports markets
  


• 
  Ensuring Compliance at all times in line with the German Regulators
  


• 
  Attending exhibitions and industry events to represent and promote the brand
  

The Essentials:

• 
  Native German speaker, along with English to a high level both written and spoken
  


• 
  An excellent understanding of the inner workings of the industry, along with outstanding communication and networking skills
  


• 
  Strong sportsbook interest and a passion for Sports Betting and/or Casino and Gaming
  


• 
  A demonstrable background and understanding of current digital marketing, social media, app market trends across all platforms.
  


• 
  Be up to date with the latest developments within the industry and be willing to attend industry events to widen cooperation within your network
