eCommerce Project Manager - Web Project Manager - Digital IT PM - IT Project Manager - Digital Projects - Digital IT Project Manager - Digital Manager - Digital Forms Project Manager - Online Forms Project Manager - Prince2 or PNP Qualified -12 Month Fixed Term PAYE role - Salary up to £54,600 per annum plus Benefits - Poole, Dorset.

My client is looking for an experienced eCommerce Project Manager - Web Project Manager Digital Project Manager who will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of various Digital Web Forms focused projects assigned to them, which will form part of my client's Digital Roadmap.

Ensuring a user-centric and effective data flow emphasis is placed on these projects, as well as being responsible for day to day delivery to cost, quality and time, with a particular focus on achieving pre-defined business objectives and benefits.

I am seeking candidates who have:

• Prince2 , PNP or other formal Project Management Qualification


• Experience using Governance and Project Gates but also able to work in an Agile environment.


• Sold end to end Digital Web Forms project experience i.e . handling Digital / Web projects involving Website Forms and Dataflow from WebForms i.e.
  
  data flows from Forms into ERP or CRM or other internal systems etc.


• Solid Digital Project management experience from initial scoping through to delivery and final hand over.


• Work in an Agile environment but also has Waterfall methodology experience.


• Good Project Planning experience together with working as a PM with outside suppliers and third parties to bring in projects to time and budget.


• Project management experience in handling Digital / Web projects involving Website Forms and Dataflow from WebForms i.e.
  
  data flows from Forms into ERP or CRM or other internal systems etc.

Key responsibilities:

• To manage projects using the most appropriate methods and tools e.g.
  
  Agile, Waterfall, Project online, JIRA


• Manage various workstreams including creative, UX, business analysis, development, business and IT readiness and support


• Undertake detailed project planning to ensure delivery against project and business objectives


• Manage and maintain project plans, and all appropriate project documentation, providing clarity on roles and responsibilities, communication, costs, timing, tasks and resourcing


• Initiate and maintain ‘buy-in' throughout projects with project members, stakeholders and suppliers


• Ensure team members are on-track with tasks as per project plan


• Manage risk, issues, changes and decisions, incorporating appropriate escalation


• Run project team meetings (prepare and follow-up actions, produce minutes and notes)

This role is a 12-month fixed-term PAYE role - FTC which could extend and is based in Poole, Dorset,
