We are currently recruiting for a client in need of a Carehome manager to run a 20 bed carehome based in Coulsdon, Surrey,

They deliver a professional and caring and service for clients with Dementia.



The position for Carehome Manager is paying a salary of £34,000

Requirements:

The position is to run a Dementia residential carehome.

The ideal candidate will come from a management background in Care and hold all relevant certification and qualification to the safeguarding's / disciplines & CQC.



Applicants need to be working as a Home Manager and must have experience in running / supervising a team - This is a must.



There must be a passion for Elderly care and have experience and knowledge within Dementia.


Exposure to safeguarding's & CQC / CCG
Management NVQ

Qualifications needed:

NVQ Level 4 / 5

Package:

The salary is negotiable - They would like to discuss this at interview stage, The minimum they would be looking to pay is around £34,000 with excellent added benefits and bonuses
