The Role

Our client have an amazing new opportunity come up for a highly motivated Therapy Lead who is committed to making a real difference to the quality of life for people with autism.



If you are an experienced practitioner in Behaviour (PBS), Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy, our client would love to hear from you.

A huge part of the role will be focused on our school which is a specialised and caring setting for children with autism.

The organisation has a Multi-disciplinary team consisting of driven Speech and Language professionals, Behaviour Support Practitioner and Occupational Therapy and a Counsellor.

The successful candidate will lead this talented team and will provide specialist guidance and expertise on all aspects of striving for the best performance.



Role Responsibilities:

As a highly skilled, registered or certified professional you`ll be responsible for leading our client's approach and embedding their Positive Behaviour Support ethos across the charity.

The right person will be passionate, resilient and able to drive change

Essential Skills & Requirements

Certified and Experienced practitioner in Behaviour (PBS), Speech & Language Therapy or Occupational Therapy.
