Role: Housing Support Officer
Location: Older Peoples Service, Rose Court and Leander Court, Hackney, London
Contract: Permanent-Full time-38 Hours per week
Salary: £23,189 per annum

About the Role


We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, creative and committed person to join our staff team at Rose Court and Leander Court, two of our Older People Services in Hackney providing support to our older residents who have diverse range of support needs, including some with learning disabilities.

You will carry out a range of duties including; support planning, risk assessing, managing voids/lettings, taking responsibility for reporting repairs and H&S issues and dealing with enquiries from our residents, their families.

We work alongside the Hackney care team, so effective interpersonal skills are a must.


The successful applicant will be expected to provide a high quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

You must have good IT skills, the ability to co-ordinate and manage workloads effectively, and the experience of working with other team members to ensure that team objectives and targets are met.

We are particularly keen to recruit someone who can demonstrate a “can-do” attitude, who is happy to multi-task in a busy environment.
