Our client is a leading firm of chartered accountants established over 100 years and looking for Audit & Accounts Managerbased in their Grantham & Newark Office.

They provide services in the area of accountancy, tax planning and business advisory to businesses, individuals and third sector organisations both in the UK and overseas.

As part of our complete service for clients they offer corporate finance, personal financial planning, cloud accounting, payroll, probate and much more.

Role and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be directly supporting the Audit Partners managing their teams and audit clients.

? Undertake accounts preparation
? Build good working relationships with new and existing clients
? Supervision and training to juniors
? Prioritise your time to meet deadlines


Essential Skills and Experience

? Qualified (ACA, ACCA) and/or by experienced Audit and Accounts Manager
? At least 5 years post qualification experience in Audit and Accounts within practice
? Experience of the supervision and training of members of staff
? Self-motivated
? Desire to develop career
? Good interpersonal and communication skills
