Surveyor/Senior Surveyor - Property Advisors - London

Salary £43k - £50k DO E Car allowance + Pension

The company currently have a vacancy in their London Office for a full time Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer with 1-3 years PQE to value all types of residential and non-trading commercial property within the Central and Greater London area

Valuations to be carried out for secured lending, accounts, tax, expert, matrimonial and acquisition purposes.

The role will also include leasehold enfranchisement valuations for the purpose of residential lease extensions and collective enfranchisements.

Working as part of the Professional team and supported by the Division as a whole, the role is to undertake existing instructions, maintain existing Client relationships by keeping them informed of the progress of their reports and develop new business.

The majority of work will involve property situated in Central and Greater London with the emphasis on instructions that lead to higher fee levels as opposed to volume work.

Business generation and client facing business activity is a requirement and necessary for promotion opportunities.

Cross-selling will also be rewarded.

Attendance may be required to represent London Professional Team at internal, monthly London office meetings.
