The Role:

We are looking for a passionate Marketer to join an established and busy Marketing team in Penzance.

As Marketing Manager you will oversee some of the marketing requirements for the group.

The role will be a 12 month contract initially but with the possibility of a permanent contract.

It will be working remotely within the short term but when restrictions are eased the role will be based from the Penzance office.

Required skills:

? Excellent communication skills
? The ability to coordinate a diverse workload
? The ability to work with stakeholders and deliver work to a high standard
? Excellent organisation and attention to detail
? Marketing qualification preferred but not essential
? Proficiency in Excel essential


Experience within:

? B2C and B2B marketing campaigns
? CRM (preferably Salesforce)
? CMS (WordPress etc.)
? Marketing automation software (Pardot or similar)
? Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
? Digital marketing
? ROI analysis and reporting
? Managing projects
? Event management
? Experience managing a team
