Quality and Compliance Coordinator - Quality and Compliance Administrator - Compliance Co-Ordinator - ISO Quality and Compliance Coordinator - ISO 9001 - Quality Management system - QMS - Process framework - Audits - Internal Auditing qualification skills required by my client who are based in Poole, Dorset - 8 Month FIXED TERM PAYE ROLE -up to 31st December 21 - Salary £25K - £30K + Bens


Quality and Compliance Coordinator - Quality and Compliance Administrator is required to join an in house Engineering and Supply team who are responsible for developing, maintain and measure Quality Management & compliance systems and coordinate process improvement across the business


The Quality & Compliance CoOrdinator key responsibilities will be



  • Develop measures to gauge QMS process effectiveness in terms of compliance with applicable standards.

  • Author and administrate the Engineering & Supply Quality Management System (QMS) processes within the Process Framework, identifying and supporting continuous improvement objectives and satisfying end-user requirements as identified by process owners.

  • Coordinate the process change lifecycle, in doing so, identifying and incorporating best practice, reducing waste and adding value.

  • Identify opportunities for QMS development and continuous improvement of a more general nature, within E&S (and across the wider business where applicable).

  • Support the planning and delivery of internal and external QMS & compliance audits, including management of associated non-conformances, corrective actions and improvement suggestions to closure/implementation.

  • Maintain a repository of process and associated documents, generating reports and carrying out administrative and coordinating activities to provide current, consistent and controlled content to users.

  • Support process owners and users by managing access to the process management platform, delivering training, mentoring and providing a helpdesk service.



Skills required for this ISO Quality & Compliance Administrator are the following



  • Experience in business process management authoring and evaluation and/or ISO certified quality management system development and continuous improvement

  • Experience in working with/administration of web-based applications or ERP systems.

  • Hands-on experience of the MS Office suite of applications

  • Internal Auditing qualification and thorough knowledge of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and its application


My client is based in Poole, Dorset and is looking to reward this 8 Month Fixed Term PAYE ISO Quality & Compliance Administrator a salary of between £26,000 - £30,-000 + Bens.
