My client am award-winning Publishing house is looking for a Product Lead on a contract basis and possibly temp to perm if it's of interested to you.

The Product Lead will drive the development of best-in-class? user experiences to attract, engage and retain customers across their portfolio of award-winning digital news titles.

?This is a wide-ranging role covering the entire customer journey from first encounter with their products through to engagement, active involvement and brand advocacy.



They will manage substantial major strategic projects (6-12 months) with significant business risk, including delivering a network-wide redesign and personalised experiences that will help drive up user engagement, increase loyalty and repeat visits.

The Product Lead is responsible for defining strategy, vision and goals for their products and/or strategic projects, setting the roadmaps and delivering against them, defining and managing work streams, addressing gaps and overlaps, and ensuring overall success.

The Product Lead drives initiatives that span multiple teams, including editorial and commercial as well as design, product management, engineering and data, so it is critical they are able to build strong connections across the broader team and with stakeholders at all levels.

They must therefore present and communicate effectively at all levels, including senior management.

The Product Lead may also manage a small team of product managers and other specialists and must have the skills required to lead, mentor and develop others
