Building Surveyor - Lymm, Warrington

Salary: £50,000 + £5,000 Car allowance, pension scheme, performance based annual bonus.25 days paid annual leave + bank holidays.

The Role

As our client is looking for someone with the capability and ambition to grow within the business and potentially become very much part of the management team long term as the company grows potentially to partner level.

Our client is initially looking for someone to head up the survey side of the business, so must be there for comfortable setting up processes, and working alone, but this will lead to leading your own teams of surveyors and valuer's.

The Majority of work will be based in Greater Manchester, Lancashire and Merseyside.

So you must be willing to travel.

The work will mainly consist of Building Surveys, Homebuyer Reports and RICS Valuations.

The successful candidate will complete approximately 8 surveys a week with a set day designated to write up reports to ensure workload flows smoothly.

The surveyor will have administrative assistance including diary bookings.

The candidate must be a member of the RICS at either Member, Fellow or Associate level and have experience in completing building surveys to a high standard.
