2nd Line Support Engineer - 2nd Line - IT Presales Engineer - IT Service Professional - Customer Relations - Technical - Business Development - Software Development - Presales - OOP - Scripting - OCR - Tunbridge Wells, Kent - £28,000 + Benefits required by a successful B2B software company based in Kent.



My client has grown over the years and plan for continued growth.

They are responsible for designing and implementing software solutions and helping their clients reduce costs and increase efficiency.

2nd Line Support Engineer - IT Service Professional will be focused on the documentation, installation, delivery, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) of the projects as part of our highly skilled and customer focused team.



Responsibilities Include:




  • Key role in customer relations, building relationships with customers


  • Supporting the customers through UAT


  • 1st and 2nd line support


What I'm Looking For:




  • Full driving licence required - visiting customers around the UK


  • As an IT Presales Engineer you must have computer fluency, and expertise in specific software packages


  • Comfortable with Windows, Word, Excel, Browsers and Google Apps


  • Software Development - OOP, SQL and Scripting preferred


The role is based near to the Tunbridge Wells, Kent area and is looking to reward this IT Presales Engineer - 2nd Line Support Engineer a salary of up to £28,000 + Company Benefits that include Pension, Profit Share Program and Increased Holiday Entitlement to name a few.
