This is a fantastic opportunity working within their European Operations to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.　

Responsibilities:

• 
  IT Support Engineer tasked with answering queries on technical issues and offer advice to the internal customers to solve their issues
  


• 
  First point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or F2F
  


• 
  Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  


• 
  Provide accurate information on IT products or services
  

Skills:　

• 
  IT Engineer with experience as a IT Technician or other customer support role
  


• 
  Tech savvy with knowledge of service desk and desktop support
  


• 
  Good understanding of computer systems, PCs, mobile devices and other tech products
  


• 
  Excellent communication skills
