Operations Coordinator - Greenford

Salary - £30k + Excellent Benefits

The Client

Our client is one of the longest established and leading suppliers of water efficiency technologies in the UK and France.

They specialise in rainwater harvesting and greywater recycling systems, mostly large commercial and industrial systems such as airports or stadiums.

The Role

The following list highlights the main day to day duties required of this role.

The list is not exhaustive and, as a small company, you will be required to fulfill other duties, on occasion, that will assist in the running of the smooth operation of the company.



The role requires a degree of product knowledge.

You should endeavor to learn as much as possible to assist in your daily activities and take every opportunity to learn from colleagues or ask for informative assistance when required.



Key elements of the position;

Project handover meetings

Preparing purchase orders on the system

Importing products from Europe to the UK

Organising product deliveries to site

Preparing invoices on the system

Arranging site installations and inductions

Liaising with sub-contractors

Keeping CRM system up to date with new projects

Management of the small warehouse, including receipt of deliveries

Management and organisation of warehouse and consumable stock

Management of off-site warehouse facility (In Oxford)

General office management

Working closely with the Operations Director

Deputising in the absence of the Operations Director

Above all, the role requires a forward thinking, customer focused and commercially driven attitude that ensures the customer's deliveries are on time and on budget

Candidates must be physically fit to perform warehouse duties
