Qualified Building Surveyor

Qualified Building Surveyor - London, South West or Midlands

Salary: £50,000 - £65,000

The Company

Our client is a specialist property and construction consultancy, delivering a range of services to clients in a variety of industry sectors.

They work within both private and public sectors - from commercial and telecommunications to local and central government contracts in education, healthcare and social housing - to provide bespoke property solutions.

The Role

The role will involve working on challenging housing and other public building refurbishment projects of a variety of construction types.

This will involve extensive travel.

Our client are looking to fill this single position in any of the following locations Including: London, South West or Midlands.

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual who will thrive in a fast-paced and pressured environment within any of those areas.

There will also be an occasional need to visit the offices.

Role Responsibilities:

Able to perform the full range of Building Surveying duties

Have a strong technical knowledge of construction including sustainability and building conservation

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Committed to becoming a chartered member of the RICS and completing the APC, if not already achieved

Excellent at communicating and managing your workload

Confident at conducting Client meetings
