Location: Crewe/ Winsford
Type: Permanent/ Full Time
Salary: £24k- 25k per annum


Summary of Role:


We are looking to recruit an additional Stock and Systems Admin Controller to work in our modern UK e-commerce warehouse and distribution centre, one of the largest market leaders in printer consumables, printers, and stationery supplies.


Working as one of two admin controllers, you will monitor and track all stock and systems activity in the warehouse, ensuring that exceptional standards of data accuracy are maintained across all the business systems.

Our ideal applicant will have a keen eye for detail and have experience with inventory control.


Our new team member will enjoy analytical work, have a natural ability to learn new systems, and be incredibly accurate when inputting data.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:


, Warehouse cycle counting control and recording
, Plan and complete stock take, ensuring data accuracy and investigating discrepancies
, Ensure accuracy and consistency across all systems and databases by inputting information correctly, paying attention to detail, and checking current data regularly
, Ad hoc statistical analysis as necessary to support decision making and investigating stock discrepancies
, Using collected data to determine warehouse productivity and sharing the conclusions with management
, Documentation control, raising purchase orders
, Ongoing maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures
, Oversee the purchase of warehouse consumables
, Undertake various administrative tasks for KPI reporting and warehouse functionality
, Supporting the warehouse managers as necessary with administrative tasks


Skills Required:


, Confident user of Excel and Microsoft systems
, Experience of inventory control data management
, Analytical thinker, keen eye for data
, Strong numeracy
, Naturally confident communicator, confident to ask questions as necessary
, Organised and methodical worker
, Forklift truck license would be desirable but not necessary as training can be given
