We're looking for an Organisational Development and Engagement Partner to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the activities of a small team responsible for delivering efficient and effective employee engagement and OD solutions which include the identification, design, delivery, and evaluation of a range of interventions including skills-based management and leadership development, all aimed at building a high-performance culture.

You will adopt a business partnering approach in the provision of an end-to-end OD and engagement service, acting as a senior point of contact for staff and managers within the organisation as well as external stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.

What will you be doing?

, Contribute, through the provision of expert advice and guidance, to the design and delivery of OD and Engagement strategies
, Design and deliver a range of employee development and engagement solutions tailored to building capability, driving enhanced performance and retaining talent across the business, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, customer-focused, and represent best practice, with relevant evaluation processes in place to monitor
, Lead the organisation-wide coaching and mentoring programme, building a structured approach accessible by employees at all levels, with the aim of creating a learning culture that will help employees reach their potential
, Lead the delivery of the Management Fundamentals Development Programme, designed to build capability in all people managers
, Lead the IPM process including development and reporting requirements
, Work alongside Reward Partner and Resourcing Partner to support the progression of career pathways and internal promotion opportunities
, Work with HR on Talent Management Strategy to provide tools and expert advice on developing and promoting talent at all levels
, Identify and liaise with 3rd party providers and internal subject matter experts to identify, plan and deliver appropriate development solutions.
, Lead and/or support specific projects in the delivery of cross-functional objectives and priorities aligned to Business Planning Objectives
, Lead and/or support the organisation and facilitation of OD events including staff conference, manager forums, and staff focus groups
, Oversee the development and delivery of the Corporate Induction programme

About you

Qualified to at least Level 5 in an OD related subject together with a coaching and mentoring qualification (or willingness to undertake), you'll have experience in the design, delivery and implementation of organisational development and engagement programmes and strategies in complex environments.

We're looking for someone with experience of managing people who has knowledge of modern HR/OD practices.

Strong stakeholder engagement and management skills, with the ability to influence effectively, build constructive working relationships and project credibility, excellent interpersonal skills and a pragmatic approach to everyday challenges are just some of the things we are looking for.
