The Company:

Our client was Established in 2001, and have experienced rapid, year-on-year growth providing Carrier Grade Telecoms Products and Services to the global telecommunications industry, with deployments in more than 70 countries.

Based in the South West of England in the county town of Dorchester, which offers a great country-based lifestyle with good access to the outstanding Jurassic coastline and maritime facilities.

They are a small team now on the lookout for a suitability qualified and experienced Finance Manager (12-month Maternity Cover) to join their team in Dorchester.

The Role:

We are looking for a motivated, flexible, and passionate and qualified individual, ideally with previous experience in the field, or otherwise keen to transfer their skills and knowledge into a new setting with the following details:

? Finance Manager (Maternity Cover)
? Department: Administration & Finance
? Reporting to: Chief Executive Officer
? Position: Full Time, Fixed Term 12-month contract


Main Duties:

Your main duties will be varied, typical responsibilities include:

? General Bookkeeping
? Sales and Purchase ledger
? Bank reconciliations
? Asset management
? All Banking requirements
? Paying suppliers
? Monitoring balances
? Reconciling and acknowledging money received
? Sales Invoicing
? Insurance
? Procurement
? Quality Auditing
? Credit Control
? VAT Returns and Intrastat
? Monthly Payroll and PAYE
? Monthly Cashflow for Board of Directors with overview and variance analysis
? Quarterly P&L and supporting reports
? Budgeting and Forecasting
? Management and support to the Office Manager
? Liaising with managerial staff, colleagues, and clients
? General Ad hoc administrative duties cover duties can include:
? Telephone cover
? Travel
? Recruitment
