Location: Wilmslow, Cheshire (will include national travel)
Salary: up to £45k plus car, benefits, and bonus

The role:

The Sales Operations Manager main aim is to ensure consistent profitable growth of a and continually optimise operational processes.

In this role, although you will responsible for several smaller compliance businesses within the group - knowledge within the industry is not a must.

The focus is for you to be a strong operational and commercial lead, taking accountability for both how the business operates and grows.

, Responsible for service delivery (quality and operational metrics) and maintaining high-quality standards, resulting in strong client retention metrics.
, Oversee the internal compliance function, not from a technical viewpoint but from
, Lead, manage, engage and develop your team.

Be responsible for developing a culture of high performance and a feeling of pride and purpose.
, Build effective relationships with key stakeholders, including current and potential clients.
, Able to identify and manage operational and financial risk.
, Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment for a fast-growing company with high-quality expectations.
, Responsible for recruiting, retaining, and growing the team.

What we require:

, Experience of managing a P&L / managing budgets/working to targets.
, Business acumen and commercial approach - experience delivering a business plan.
, Experience of managing people and developing future talent.
, Experience of developing a positive culture in partnership with all stakeholders.
, Strong communications skills, able to influence and build effective working relationships with a wide range of people and stakeholders, both internal and external.
