Our client provides high-quality creche facilities at their site in Stepney.



Alongside this they provide a programme of family support for parents with children aged 0-5, which has helped over 300 families over the last three years.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for our client to recruit an experienced full time Business Development Manager, (35 hours per week).

The successful applicant will secure apprenticeship and work placement opportunities that result in successful outcomes for the client's students.

Using leads from their existing employer partner networks and developing an ambitious new pipeline of employers.

Providing an excellent service to employers and maintaining high standards of service both internally and externally.

Duties and responsibilities

? Target employers across London to develop new, repeat and lapsed business to secure work experience and/or Apprenticeship vacancies for our Traineeship and Apprenticeship learners that meet programme requirements.
? Target and build relationships with past customers or service users.
? Identify and source new prospects across target industries, utilising a combination of email, telephone and network marketing.
? Strategically build upon the existing relationships that City Gateway has with key employers such as IBM and Trilogy.
? Project manage campaigns and lead generation.
? Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
? Ensure you are achieving daily/weekly/monthly KPI's in order to be effective and proficient in achieving your overall target and maintaining quality standards.
? Line manage and work collaboratively with the Partner Engagement Manager to ensure high levels of customer service and partnership development leading to outcomes.
? To ensure that all data requirements are maintained, records are up to date accurate and deadlines for returns are made.
