Salary: £22-£26k per annum

The Role

As a rapidly growing business, Projective has an immediate requirement for a Business Administrator with a practical and professional approach.

The job owner will carry out a full range of administrative duties to support the Business Administration Manager and the rest of the Projective Team.

Roles Requirements:

, Managing all front-of-house enquiries, greeting, and looking after visitors, coordination of incoming telephone calls and distribution of calls and messages, managing and distributing post and deliveries.
, Organising and coordinating all aspects of business travel arrangements.
, Maintaining and restocking of business essentials; kitchen, bathroom, office, and first aid supplies.
, Using and maintaining office equipment such as printers, photocopiers, binders, and shredders.
, Support the Business Administration Manager with the procurements of business essentials and office supplies, server and data security, IT requirements, liaison with IT specialist on server support contract.
, Support the Business Administration Manager to maintain the resources of a modern technical office.
, Support with procurement management - raising purchase orders, checking invoices, collating approved supplier questionnaires for new suppliers, management of the system for project purchases, etc.
, Support the Business Administration Manager with financial management accounting including supplier invoices, client invoices, employee expenses, payroll, and pensions.
, Support the Business Administration Manager with the continuous improvement of the Business Management System documentation including updating and maintaining the business processes, procedures, forms, and templates, and internal audit log, schedule, and reports.

Qualifications and Additional Requirements:
