Hybrid Business Analyst / IT Project Manager

Hybrid Business Analyst / IT Project Manager - Hybrid Project Manager / BA required by a leading financial services organisation based close to Epsom focusing on Commercial Finance and Asset Finance Application Projects.

This is a 1 year FTC - PAYE + Company benfits which could go permanent.

I am looking for a Hybrid Business Analyst / IT Project Manager - Hybrid Project Manager / BA required who will be responsible for the management of small and medium scale IT projects from initiation through to delivery.

It will involve Home Working 3 days a week and Office based for 2 days a week depending on workload.

The key responsibilities for this Project Manager / Business Analyst are:

  • Conduct interviews with individuals or small groups to elicit, document and secure sign off for solution requirements and business process changes at both a high and detailed level

  • Facilitate stakeholder prioritisation of requirements

  • Define, agree and document scope and create plans and other artifacts required to maintain project scope

  • Define and agree on appropriate project governance, adhering to the Project Management Framework and SDLC

  • Monitor and communicate progress against plan ensuring risks and issues are identified, documented and resolved.

    Develop and implementing contingency plans as required

  • Manage application deployment and infrastructure changes in line with the change and release management policy.

I am looking for an experienced Hybrid Project Manager / Business Analyst - with the following skills:

  • Strong Business Analysis and Project Management experience working on Financial Sector application projects

  • Experience of various analysis techniques including use cases, business process models and decision models

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and working with both external vendors and internal stakeholders

  • Demonstrable experience of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Experience in various project delivery processes and techniques e.g.

    detailed planning, risk and issue management, budget forecast and control, resource management etc

  • Experience in Software and Systems Development lifecycles

  • Support and participation in managed Test programmes including Regression, Integration and UAT

  • High-level awareness of the IT infrastructure and business application landscape

  • Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to influence and earn the confidence & trust of senior stakeholders.

This Hybrid Business Analyst / IT Project Manager - Hybrid Project Manager / BA is based close to Epsom, Surrey and due to its rural location, you must drive as it's not easily accessible by public transport.

You will be paid a competitive salary and benefits on a 1 year FTC - PAYE basis and the role could go permanentand in the future.

You will be working 3 days at home and 2 days in bright modern offices.
