Service Advisor - Northampton

I have a client that currently looking to recruit a Service Advisor in their Northampton Branch on a full time basis.



The team supports the workshop with managing/booking/maintaining job cards and ensuring they're processed in a timely manner.

You will be communicating with customers, colleagues and key stakeholders.

As well as managing the workload within the workshop you will also support the parts department.



You will be responsible for costing the work and then raise invoices.

In turn this will mean you are responsible for the cash, cheques for any work completed and parts used that will need to be charged to the relevant account.

Your duties will also include reporting time/hours sold/statistics/budgetary info as and when required.

They are looking for someone who is very flexible/proactive and likes working in a faced past environment.

The team is a fairly small team who are passionate about their role/work/colleagues.

You must have administrative experience in a customer service environment.
