Domiciliary Care Registered Manager

An outstanding new job opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Domiciliary Care Registered Manager to manage a small domiciliary care service based in the Rossendale, Lancashire area.

You will be working for one of UK's most reputable care providers



As the Domiciliary Care Registered Manager your role is to oversee the day to day delivery of the service, ensuring that is of the highest quality and meets all the CQC requirements and promote the growth of the business.



As the Domiciliary Care Registered Manager your key responsibilities include:



  • Leading a care team to support service users ensuring the delivery of high-quality care is achieved consistently

  • Ensuring the effective line management and supervision of staff, including performance management, development, supervisions and appraisals

  • Lead and manage team meetings for staff

  • Ability to complete and continuously improve needs assessments, risk assessments and support plans

  • Manage and monitor feedback, including complaints, and engage with customers and professionals to effectively handle and resolve any concerns or issues

  • Take ownership in achieving the highest level of compliance with regards to regulations, laws, quality standards and policies

  • Take responsibility for ensuring the emergency on-call mobile phone is covered outside of normal office hours, including being part of the on-call rota



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • Experience of working in as a domiciliary care Registered Manager

  • Well organised, excellent planning and prioritising ability with high attention to detail

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008

  • Full Clean UK Driving Licence



The successful Domiciliary Care Registered Manager will receive an amazing salary up to £35,000 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role for 37.5 hours a week working office hours.
