Registered Mental Nurse

An amazing job opportunity has arisen for a committed RMN to work in an exceptional hospital setting based in the Stockton-on-the-Forest, York area.

As a Nurse you will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers



The specialist hospital runs a therapeutic programme, to help patients to develop coping strategies, increase skills and resilience and enable patients to access the community to maximise their recovery potential



As a Nurse your key duties include:



  • Assessing and monitoring the needs of patients

  • Collaboratively planning the care needs of the patient

  • Developing positive behavioural support plans with patients

  • Being an active part of the multi-disciplinary team

  • Administering medications



The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:



  • To be a team player

  • To be self-aware, seeking support and advice when required

  • Good listening and rapport building ability

  • To be able to organize and prioritise your time



The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of £25,304 per annum -

*Preceptors

* up to £34,169 per annum.

This exciting position is a Full Time role working 37.5 hours a week.
