Salary: £38.5k - £45k (depending on experience)

Set up in 2011 to meet the growing needs of the construction industry refurbishment programmes, my client specialises in domestic refurbishments, commercial fit out's and major external works programmes.

They have invested heavily into their management team and the future to ensure that they become a first choice.

Investment into innovations has also allowed my client to separate themselves from many others, from live report on site using their smart phone driven apps and even custom built trackers for their clients to monitor works.

All of workforce receive latest bulletins via their system giving H&S updates, legislation changes and other relevant site based information.

They have even gone as far as to send VR and 360 degree photos of their works in progress to clients and on their larger projects live footage from site.

The Role

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a Senior Fire Alarm Engineer to join their team.

The ideal candidate would be based close to London and would be expected to travel within surrounding areas.

Duties will include on site working and managing installs, maintenance, servicing, repair and reporting to the client.

You will insure the work is carried out to a high standard and in compliance to British Standards at all times.

As necessary servicing, repair and maintenance of fire alarm equipment including emergency lighting across contracts including communal social housing and commercial or public sector properties/buildings will be required.

Role Responsibilities:

Tasks include but are not limited to:

? Service, Maintenance & Installation of Fire Alarm Systems as and when required in line with the British Standards
? Commissioning of fire alarm installation projects
? Ensuring that all works are carried out in timely manner and comply with the relevant standards (BS 5839-1 2017, BS 5839-6
