Team Administrator - Architecture

Location: Kent

Salary - £20k - £27k (Dependent on experience)

Our client is an award-winning consultancy which includes multi-sectors like Architecture, BIM, Civil & Structural Engineering, Clerk of Works, Employer's Agent, Health & Safety Consultancy, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Rights of Light & Party Wall Surveying and Sustainability services.



The Role:

An exciting an opportunity for a Team Administrator to join our client's dynamic, multi-award-winning architectural team.

The successful candidate will be supporting the Architectural team across a wide range of tasks in a multi-disciplinary environment.

Responsibilities:

? Secretarial support as required including word processing letters, minutes and reports, typically in Microsoft Word.
? Personal Assistant type activities for the Architectural Partners such as organising meetings and diaries.
? Preparing high quality publications such as Design & Access statements & bid documents, typically within Adobe InDesign.
? To prepare and organise high quality marketing information for the group.


? To support the Architectural teams with administrator, type activities such as preparing drawing issues & making planning, print runs & Building Control applications.
? Taking minutes in meetings.


? General Office Assistant and Secretary duties.


Essential Skills & Experience:

? Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office
? Touch Typing
? Adobe InDesign
? Excellent interpersonal, organisational & management skills
? Knowledge of other Adobe products & Microsoft Project (desirable)

? Full time
