Policy and Process Analyst - Newport
Salary - £45-55k plus benefits

An exciting opportunity has come up to work for our leading Technology/Logistics client as a Policy and Process Analyst.

This role will work primarily in the Company's contact centres, supporting operations but may also work on initiatives in other support areas such as Finance and HR.

Main Responsibilities:

? Seek out process improvement opportunities and associated automation opportunities through process and data analysis.
? Collect and document business requirements for the process documentation and improvement opportunities within the change roadmap.
? Facilitate process workflow modelling through workshops, interviews and side by side assessment in order to achieve process improvements, automation capabilities and clearly defined end-to-end use cases.
? Work closely with Stakeholders to align and sign off "go to" processes.
? Support systems implementations through ensuring that all processes are documented to support implementation and optimization.
? Document processes /workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance so that they can be shared with colleagues via the appropriate communication method (emails/ briefings/ knowledge centers, training etc).
? Ensure that all processes have clear points of measurement such that compliance can be measured within an appropriate quality framework / set of measures.

Demonstrated experience in:

? Business analysis

? Process mapping and documentation methodology (six sigma, lean or similar)
? Development of training content for process and systems training
? Documentation of policy
? Sales/ customer service/ contact centers
? Digital technology
? Contact Centre technology and processes including RPA, self
