Stockport SK6 2SN, travel to customer sites around Northwest of England
£30K to £35K basic salary (depending on experience) plus 25k commission/bonus plus company car or car allowance
Full-Time Monday to Friday, 9.00 am - 5.30 pm


Introduction
Active Business Communications is a well-established and respected provider of business IT and Telecoms services with ambitious growth plans.


We're looking for an experienced sales and service focused Account Manager, to join our team in Stockport to deliver profitable sales growth across our IT, Mobile and Telecoms product portfolio.


The Role
You'll be growing sales through the cross-selling of additional technologies and renewal of existing contracts.

Successful results will be underpinned by a focus on nurturing customer relationships and commitment to ensuring a positive customer experience in partnership with our service and support teams.


, Maximising customer retention; managing the contract renewal cycle to meet monthly targets
, Cross-selling additional services; managing the sales cycle to meet monthly sales targets
, Creating new business referral opportunities
, Delivering an exceptional customer experience

Experience


, B2B Sales, Account Management and Customer Service
, Background in technology-specific Telecommunications or IT background would be advantageous
, Leading ‘in person' meetings with stakeholders at all levels including senior executives
, CRM systems, MS Office Suite
, Full, clean UK driving licence
