Requirements:
? Previously worked for at least 2 years as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
? Understanding of food health and safety regulations.
? Skilled in preparing Scottish and International dishes.
? Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
? Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
