Were the premier organiser of TCG events in the UK and have plans for rapid expansion, so were now looking for a someone to collaborate closely with our Events Manager to:
? Support the design and delivery of our national events programme - currently 8 weekend events, with 150+ attendees
? Take the lead on all event operations, including managing event inventory, event set-up and tear-down
? Identify, negotiate with and manage suppliers
? Manage a team of up to 40 support staff at each event - judges, meet & greet staff, customer service, etc.
? Lead and manage customer service
? Drive improvements in event experience, customer service and efficiency
This isnt an events marketing role (youll rely on our marketing team on that).
