* As the Home Manager your key responsibilities include:· You will be responsible for managing the day to day running of the Nursing Home.
Leading a team of Care professionals with a passion and commitment for delivering the highest standards of care to our residents.
You will form strong relationships with staff, residents and their families and drive our values in everything you do· Ensuring effective delivery of all care management processes and compliance with relevant regulatory bodies· Leadership and management of the nursing home team, people management and workforce development The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:· The ability to engage with the service users to understand their needs in order to provide an excellent service of person-centred care· Good working knowledge, with a proven record, of CQC standards· Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing, agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home· Confidence to communicate and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of colleagues, internal as well as external professionals, families and visitors.· Create strong links with the local community· A proven track record of marketing and business skills within the private care sector, running a commercially successful, good or outstanding rated care home The successful Home Manager will receive an excellent salary up to £65,000 per annum.
This exciting position is a permanent full time role for 40 hours a week from 9am-5pm.
