The Client:

Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.

The Role:

As a Solicitor / Legal Executive in a private client department, you will play a pivotal role in executing a range of wills & probate task and making a valuable contribution to the firms operations.

Responsibilities:

? Drafting wills and creating trusts.
? Formulating powers of attorney.
? Managing estate administration.
? Offering advice on inheritance tax matters.
? Ensuring clients are regularly informed about the progress of their cases.
? Implementing marketing strategies to boost team revenue, including generating articles and content.
? Contributing to the training and development of team members.
? Providing support to other colleagues within the firm as needed.
? Mitigating risk in handling various tasks and ensuring adherence to the firms risk and file management procedures.
? Executing all responsibilities in line with documented procedures and systems outlined in the office manual and the firms training seminars.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Experienced Solicitor, NQ Solicitor, Legal Executive, or in a similar role.
? Experience working in a private client department or Ideally a STEP member
? Capable of independently managing a case load.
? Open to utilising the firms practice and case management system.
? Skilled in IT.
