The Client:

Our client is an esteemed law firm, commitment to delivering exceptional legal services in residential property, family law, wills & probate, and commercial property.

The Role:

As a Family Solicitor, you will undertake fee-earning work in Family Law department, ensuring profitable contribution to the firm and adherence to business plan.

Duties:

? Handle Family Law matters including divorce, childrens issues, and domestic abuse cases.
? Draft legal documents such as Cohabitation Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.
? Maintain financial control and manage billing procedures.
? Provide support to colleagues and assist with marketing efforts.
? Supervise fee-earning work and ensure compliance with risk management procedures.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Solicitor, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
? Minimum 2 years PQE.
? Expertise in all aspects of Family Law.
? Ability to manage own caseload independently.
? Proficiency in IT and strong communication skills.
