Salary: £25,350 FTE + Excellent Benefits

Term Time only, 8am - 5pm, 38 weeks per year

The Client:

Our client is a reputable educational firm, providing exceptional day care for children aged 6 months to five years.

The Role:

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the early stages of a child's life in an exciting and supportive setting.

Responsibilities:

? Address individual needs proactively with initiative and care.
? Grasp and implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles.
? Embrace adaptability and collaborate seamlessly within a team.
? Bring enthusiasm to all aspects of childcare and developmental practices.
? Communicate effectively, nurturing a positive and respectful environment.


Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
? Hold a Level 2 Childcare Diploma, ideally possess Level 3.
? At least 2-years recent experience in a Nursery setting or in EYFS education sector.
? Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS.
? Familiarity with the Ofsted inspection framework.
? Strong awareness of health and safety protocols.
