Maintenance Technician

An opportunity has arisen for aProperty Maintenance Technician with 3 years experienceto join a well-established provider of serviced accommodation, catering to both corporate and leisure guests.

This full-time role offers excellent benefits and a starting salary of £27,000.

As a Property Maintenance Technician, you will carry out daily general maintenance across residential sites, addressing issues such as leaks, Wi-Fi faults, appliance breakdowns, first-fix electrics, initial boiler diagnostics, and basic carpentry tasks.

This role requires occasional travel across the M25 and nearby Home Counties.

You will be responsible for:

? Diagnosing and resolving faults across a variety of domestic systems.
? Carrying out minor repairs including appliances, lighting, heating systems, and general fittings.
? Managing time effectively to prioritise and respond to maintenance requests promptly.


What we are looking for:

? Previously worked as a Property Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Handyman, Property Maintenance Engineer, Electrician, Handyperson or in a similar role.
? At least 3 years of experience in property maintenance.
? Experience in general maintenance within domestic environments.
? Willingness to join the emergency call-out rota (evenings and weekends, approx.

1 in 4) after training.
? Valid UK driving licence.
